Lifting performance in a few days through a focus on behaviour – does this sound too good to be true? We’ve been asked “Will I really see a behaviour change and performance improvement?” To verify the performance improvement and to understand how and when behavioural shifts develop on our programmes, we analysed over 2000 participant interactions. We found a marked increase in positive enabling behaviours through each of the tasks. 95% of participants confirmed they had sustained this performance improvement two years after the programme.
